shibuya sky

shibuya sky is one of the newer attractions in tokyo. during my stay there in november 2023, when i had the opportunity to participate in two photography workshops, i booked a time slot to visit shibuya sky in advance of one of these workshops.

after entering and taking the elevator, both of which were very quick, i was able to walk around inside and take some impressive shots of tokyo from above - this city fascinates me every time i come here. luckily, i had booked the golden hour slot. then i went out onto the visitor platform, which is essentially a helipad and which magically drew almost all the visitors outside, because everyone wanted a picture in front of the skyline. for me, this was an unforgettable experience.
