hamburg hafencity architecture
With the declining corona numbers - still on a very high level though, it's finally time to be on the road again. Last weekend we went to Hamburg.
The actual reason for the trip was a rescheduled concert in the Elbphilharmonie. “It had been a wonderful evening and what I needed now, to give it the perfect ending, was a little of the Ludwig Van.” (A Clockwork Orange). We spent the weekend mostly in the newly build and still under heavy construction area of Hafencity. Walking through this borough we really liked the development and merging of old and new architecture. It was probably my 20th trip to Hamburg but there are always new things to discover. I am looking forward to the next weekends with more inspiration to come.
