chilling in the name of
This year's summer vacation can be summarized by only one term: chilling.
Spending a week in Italy with temperatures between 35°C and 40°C the best place to be during the day was the pool. This on the one hand helped a lot to reduce the amount of books to read, on the other hand it had negative impact on photo opportunities. But spending time with friends is more important than increasing the personal photography collection.
At least in Austria, where we stayed a couple of days in one of our favorite hotels, a few trips to Defereggen, Oberstalleralm and other places provided some objects to taking photos of.
So speaking with Charles Bukowski “Life is as kind as you let it be” or Harald Juhnke “Meine Definition von Glück? Keine Termine und leicht einen sitzen” this vacation was a success across the board.
